Manousha is an Arabic word derived from the root verbnaqasha, meaningto sculpt, carve out’. This refers to the process of pressing the flat, rolled dough with fingertips to create little dips for delicious toppings to lie in.

As the meaning of the name suggests, Manousha Inc. was founded to sculpt an innovative array of freshly baked savoury and sweet artisan flatbreads.
